§ 110.08  BI-ANNUAL SUBSCRIBER REVIEW.
   Not less than once every 2 years, a grantee shall solicit and receive subscriber input regarding the cable system. A synopsis of such subscriber input shall be promptly submitted in writing to the Village Clerk and the Cable Council.
