§ 71.02  YEAR-ROUND PARKING RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   No person shall park a vehicle on any paved street between 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day except physicians, ambulance drivers, or undertakers on emergency calls.
   (B)   No person shall park a motor vehicle on any street or alley between 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. from November 15 through April 1 of the following year, except physicians, ambulance drivers, or undertakers on emergency calls.
   (C)   No person shall park or stand a vehicle upon any street, alley, or public parking lot for longer than 72 hours.
   (D)   No person shall park a vehicle for longer than 15 minutes in the parking space in front of the post office.
   (E)   No trailer shall be parked upon any streets of the village for a longer period than 2 hours at any 1 time.
   (F)   No person shall push or move a vehicle not owned by that person into any prohibited area.
