No person shall park a vehicle on any street, alley, or public place within the village limits during the periods of time as may be designated by the Village Council for snow removal purposes, as same may be posted in those places or indicated by public notice. This prohibition shall not apply to physicians, ambulance drivers, or undertakers on emergency calls.
