References in the Uniform Traffic Code for Cities, Townships, and Villages to a “governmental unit” shall mean the Village of Kingsley. References in the Michigan Vehicle Code to “local authorities” shall mean the Village of Kingsley. References to “traffic engineer” in the Uniform Traffic Code shall mean “Kingsley Village Manager.”
