§ 52.11  INTEREST; VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   If any periodic service charges for water or sewer are not paid on or before the due date, then a penalty equal to 2% of the unpaid amount shall accrue and be owed from the date the payment was due for each month, or fraction of a month, until the unpaid service charge is paid in full.
   (B)   If periodic charges, or a miscellaneous customer fee, billed to any premises are not paid within 90 days after the due date thereof, the service may be discontinued.
   (C)   Service so discontinued shall not be restored until all sums then due and owing, including interest and penalties, plus any expenses incurred by the village for shutting off and turning on the service, are paid.
   (D)   Water service may be discontinued for failure to pay sewer service charges.
