(a) Effective April 1,2008, the minimum charge per month shall be $19, which will include the first 2,000 gallons of usage. The usage charge for each 1,000 gallons, as determined by this article, after the first 2,000 gallons per month shall be $5.50.
(b) Effective April 1, 2009, the minimum charge per month shall be $22, which will include the first 2,000 gallons of usage. The usage charge for each 1,000 gallons, as determined by this article, after the first 2,000 gallons per month shall be $6.
(c) Effective April 1, 2010, the minimum charge per month shall be $25, which will include the first 2,000 gallons of usage. The usage charge for each 1,000 gallons, as determined by this article, after the first 2,000 gallons per month shall be $6.50.
