§ 14-313 HANDICAPPED PARKING.
   No person, other than a handicapped person driving a vehicle, or such other person as may be driving a vehicle in which a handicapped person is a passenger, shall park a vehicle in a parking space on Main Street between Sherman Street and Avenue “D” where signs are erected indicating that such parking space is restricted to or for handicapped persons only.
