When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for a longer period than two hours between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m of any day that school is in session, upon any of the streets or parts of streets as follows:
(a) North side of Avenue “E”, east from Main Street to alley between Main Street and Spruce Street; and
(b) North side of Avenue “E”, east from Spruce Street to Pine Street.
