No vehicle shall be parked at any time on the west side of Pine Street from Avenue “D” to Avenue “E”, and no vehicle shall be parked from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday to Friday, inclusive, of each week, during the period of the year that school is in progress, on the east side of Pine Street from Avenue “D” to Avenue “E”, and on both sides of Pine Street from Avenue “E” to Avenue “F”.
