It is unlawful for any person to park or leave standing at any place within the residence district or zone of the city, unattended by a person competent and authorized to move such vehicle, any truck used for the transportation of petroleum or liquid or gaseous type or class of product made from petroleum or natural gas, except upon private property and less than 50 feet from any residence.
