§ 14-307 PARKING OF VEHICLES HAVING TRANSPORTED LIVESTOCK; REMOVAL OF OBNOXIOUS ODORS REQUIRED.
   It is unlawful for any person to park or leave standing in any street, avenue, alley, park or public way within the residence area of the city any vehicle used for the transportation of livestock that has not been thoroughly cleaned to remove therefrom obnoxious odors.
