§ 14-220 PARKING PROHIBITED.

   Parking is prohibited at all times on the following streets:

   (a)   Chariton Street, from Sherman Avenue to Avenue “D”;

   (b)   The east side of Pine Street from Sherman Avenue to “F” Avenue; and

   (c)   At any location upon a street, highway, or city-owned property where official city signs prohibit parking.
