Parking is prohibited at all times on the following streets:
(a) Chariton Street, from Sherman Avenue to Avenue “C”; and
(b) No vehicle shall be parked at any time on the east side of Pine Street from Sherman Avenue to “F” Avenue and that no parking shall be allowed at any time on the east side of Chariton Street from Sherman Avenue to “D” Avenue.
