§ 14-210 CERTAIN THOROUGHFARE AS ONE-WAY STREETS.
   The governing body has found and determined that for the public good, convenience and protection that portion of the oval or main thoroughfare in and through the city park, lying east of Main Street and south of the South Fork of the Ninnescah River in the city from the northwest corner of what is now known and designated as Ball Field No. 2 of the city, to the northeast corner of Ball Field No. 1, should be is designated a one-way thoroughfare so that vehicular traffic on the thoroughfare enters that portion at the northwest corner of Ball Field No. 2 and exits therefrom at the northeast corner of Ball Field No. 1. Signs should be placed along the thoroughfare so as to cause vehicular traffic to travel in such designated manner.
