(a) Pursuant to K.S.A. 12-685, U.S. Highway 54 through the city, from its east city limit to its west city limit, is designated and established as a main trafficway, the primary function of which is the movement of through traffic on U.S. Highway 54 through the city.
(b) Main Street, located in the city is hereby designated a main trafficway.
