§ 14-202 THROUGH HIGHWAYS.
   In accordance with K.S.A. 8-2002(a)(6), the governing body has found and determined that for the public good, convenience and protection, the following are established:
   (a)   Sherman Street, at its intersection with Cedar Street, as a through highway, and the erection of a stop sign at the northwest corner of the intersection of Sherman Street and Cedar Street in the city so as to cause southbound traffic on Cedar Street to stop before entering Sherman Street;
   (b)   Cedar Street, at its intersection with Avenue “E” as a through highway, and the erection of two stop signs, one at the southwest corner and the other at the northeast corner of the intersection of Cedar Street and Avenue “E” in the city so as to cause eastbound and westbound traffic on Avenue “E” to stop before entering Cedar Street;
   (c)   Spruce Street, at its intersection with Copeland Street as a through highway, and there is to be established and erected at the intersection two stop signs, one at the southwest corner and the other at the northeast corner of the intersection of Spruce Street and Copeland Street in the city so as to cause eastbound and westbound traffic on Copeland Street to stop before entering Spruce Street;
   (d)   Those portions of Sherman Street, Avenues “A”, “B”, “C” and “E” in the city at their intersections with Elm Street in the city as through highways and stop signs erected, one such sign to be erected at the northwest corner of the intersection of Sherman Street and Elm Street, two such signs to be erected at each of the intersections of Avenues “A”, “B” and “C” and Elm Street locating such signs at each intersection at the respective southeast and northwest corners thereof and one such sign to be erected at the southeast corner of the intersection of Avenue “E” and Elm Street;
   (e)   Sherman Street and Avenues “A”, “B”, “C” and “E” at their intersections with Elm Street as through highways, and there is to be established and erected at the intersections stop signs as set forth in this division (e) so as to cause northbound traffic on Elm Street to stop before entering Avenues “A”, “B”, “C” and “E” and so as to cause southbound traffic on Elm Street to stop before entering Sherman Street, Avenues “A”, “B” and “C”;
   (f)   The portion of Broadway Street in the city at its intersection with Avenues “E”, “F”, “G” and “H”, and Washington, Wallace, Star and Anadale Streets in the city as a through highway, and stop signs erected, one such sign to be erected at each southwest corner of the intersections of Broadway Street and Avenues “E”, “F”, “G” and “H” and Washington Street, and one such sign to be erected at each northeast corner of the intersections of Broadway and Avenues “E”, “F”, “G” and “H” and Washington, Wallace, Star and Anadale Streets, all in such a manner that eastbound traffic on Avenues “E”, “F”, “G” and “H” and Washington Street and westbound traffic on Avenues “E”, “F”, “G” and “H” and Washington, Wallace, Star and Anadale Streets is caused to stop before entering Broadway Street; and
   (g)   Broadway Street at its intersections with Avenues “E”, “F”, “G” and “H” and Washington, Wallace, Star and Anadale Streets as a through highway, and there is to be established and erected at the intersections stop signs one at each southwest corner of the intersections of Broadway and Avenues “E”, “F”, “G” and “H” and Washington Street, and one at each northeast corner of the intersections of Broadway Street and Avenues “E”, “F”, “G” and “H” and Washington Street to stop before entering Broadway Street and westbound traffic on Avenues “E”, “F”, “G” and “H” and Washington, Wallace, Star and Anadale Streets to come to a stop before entering Broadway Street.
