In addition to those violations set forth in the Standard Traffic Ordinance for Kansas Cities, it is hereby declared a traffic infraction for a driver of a motor vehicle to commit any of the following acts in the city.
(a) It shall be unlawful for a driver of a motor vehicle or motorcycle to execute a U-turn on any street as hereafter defined.
(b) A
U-TURN shall be defined as making a U-turn in order to park on the opposite side of any street marked with a centerline.
