§ 13-2A03 USE RESTRICTIONS ON U.S. HIGHWAY 54.
   It is unlawful to use that portion of U.S. Highway 54, also known as Avenue D and Wichita Street of the city, extending from the west corporate limits of the city to the east corporate limits thereof, for any private purpose or purposes whatsoever, except as provided by the laws of the state.
