(a) All existing encroachments upon or above the right-of-way of that portion of U.S. Highway 54, also known as Avenue D and Wichita Street, of the city, extending from the west corporate limits of the city to the east corporate limits thereof, shall be removed therefrom within 20 days following the effective date of Ord. 1258.
(b) It shall be unlawful to erect, install or construct signs, posters, billboards, roadside stands or any other private installation which would encroach on or above that portion of U.S. Highway 54 described in division (a) above.
