§ 12-802 OPERATION.

(a) The Kingman Economic Development Advisory Committee shall serve as a sounding board for ideas, support, and consultation for the Kingman County Economic Development Director.

(b) The Kingman Economic Development Advisory Committee shall not have any supervisory authority over the Kingman County Economic Development Director.

(c) The Kingman County Economic Development Director shall serve as Chairperson and the Committee shall select a secretary from its members.
