For the purposes of this article and the provisions contained in this article, the swimming pool located in the city park on the east side of Main Street and south of the Ninnescah River and the buildings, structures, enclosures and facilities surrounding the swimming pool and the approaches thereto, together with all facilities used in connection therewith, together with any other swimming pool or swimming pools that may be established by the city, whether located in the park or elsewhere, including the buildings, structures, enclosures and facilities surrounding the swimming pool and the approaches thereto, together with all facilities used in connection therewith, is included within the term
CITY SWIMMING POOL.
