§ 12-211 UNLAWFUL DESECRATIONS.
    It is unlawful for any person or persons to:
   (a)   Mark the face or destroy any marks, tombstones, monuments, vaults or other property in the Cemetery;
   (b)   To dig or destroy any sod, lawn, tree or shrub in the Cemetery;
   (c)   Leave or deposit therein any trash, rubbish, filth or other substance that may in any way interfere with the care or maintenance and appearance of the Cemetery;
   (d)   Drive any carriage or motor vehicle anywhere over the Cemetery or across the same except upon the streets thereof, and the regular roads laid out therein;
   (e)   Trespass upon the Cemetery grounds to dig any grave or inter any body in the Cemetery without first procuring a burial permit as provided in this article;
   (f)   Open any grave and remove or attempt to remove therefrom any body without first obtaining written consent of the governing body; or
   (g)   Allow any cattle, horses, swine or other animals owned by him or her or under his or her control or care or in his or her possession to stray or go upon the Cemetery grounds.
