§ 12-210 ERECTION OF FENCES.
   It is unlawful for any person to erect, cause to be erected or to maintain any fence, post, wall or enclosure, in, upon or around any lot owned by him or her or under his or her care or control, or to erect the same in any street, avenue or alley or upon the lot of any other person in the Cemetery; provided, that the corners or boundary line of any lot may be marked by a cement wall or by metal or stone pots, which pots or wall shall have a perfectly smooth and level top and shall be set with such top or upper surface on a level with the surface of the surrounding ground in the Cemetery and shall in all cases be built under the supervision and subject to the approval of the Sexton of the Cemetery and the governing body. The Sexton is authorized to remove any such fence or enclosure so placed or erected on any lot in violation of this section.
