§ 12-208 COST; APPORTIONMENT; WORK PERMIT FEE.
   (a)   Generally. For each burial permit issued as provided in § 12-207, the City Clerk shall charge for and collect from the person applying therefor the sum as approved by the governing body and listed in the latest City of Kingman Schedule of Fees. (No burials on Sunday, federally-recognized holidays, or city-designated holidays.). Of the proceeds collected, $50 shall be paid into the Endowment Fund, $25 shall be paid into the Cemetery Capital Improvement Fund, with the balance going into the City General Cemetery Fund. The charges provided in this section include the expense of digging and refilling the grave for the body to be buried under said permit.
   (b)   Work permit fee. There shall be a fee as approved by the governing body and listed in the latest City of Kingman Schedule of Fees charged for a work permit to set a stone in the Cemetery in the city.
