§ 12-203 CARE AND SUPERVISION; AUTHORITY OF GOVERNING BODY.

The care and control of the Walnut Hill Cemetery shall be under the supervision and management of the City Manager, who shall have full power and authority to make all rules and regulations necessary and proper in respect thereof. No improvements upon or about any lot in the Cemetery shall be made or permitted without the consent of the governing body and Cemetery Board.
