§ 12-201 PLAT AND SURVEY.
   The survey and plat of the City Cemetery known and designated as the Walnut Hill Cemetery, as made and prepared by one W. B. Libby under the authority of the City Council, May, 1891, and as the same now appears of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in the city, shall be and constitute the legal and established survey and plat of the Cemetery.
