§ 12-123 USE OF OUTDOOR ELECTRICAL OUTLETS; FEE.
   (a)   Any person or persons making use of the outdoor electrical outlets located in the parks of the city for a period of six days or less within any month shall pay a fee of $6, plus tax per outlet for every 24-hour period or portion thereof.
   (b)   Any person or persons making use of the outdoor electrical outlets located in the parks of the city for a period of seven days or more within any month shall pay fee of $10, plus tax per outlet for every 24-hour period or portion thereof. In no event shall any person or person use the parks of the city for camping for more than 30 consecutive days unless written permission is given by the City Commission.
   (c)   Any club, organization, convention or harvest-related laborer may apply to the city for an exemption from the provisions of division (b) above. In the event the city determines that an exemption should be granted, the city shall, in its sole discretion, determine the appropriate daily fee to be paid by the club, organization, convention or harvest-related laborer.
