§ 7-602 STATE FIRE MARSHAL’S RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   (a)   The design, construction and installation of containers and equipment for the storage and handling of liquified petroleum gases within the city shall be governed by and comply with the rules and regulations relating to the liquefied petroleum gas industry of the state, and promulgated by the State Fire Marshal Department (effective June 20, 1958), and on file with the State Revisor of Statutes, and consisting of rules and regulations particularly identified as follows:
      (1)   22-8-71 to 22-8-89 inclusive;
      (2)   22-8-101 to 22-8-109, inclusive;
      (3)   22-8-201 to 22-8-222, inclusive;
      (4)   22-8-301 to 22-8-318, inclusive;
      (5)   22-8-401 to 22-8-410, inclusive;
      (6)   22-8-501 to 22-8-503, inclusive;
      (7)   22-8-601 to 22-8-612, inclusive;
      (8)   22-8-701 to 22-8-712, inclusive;
      (9)   22-8-801 to 22-8-804, inclusive; and
      (10)   22-8-901 to 22-8-905, inclusive.
   (b)   The rules and regulations are incorporated by reference and shall be a part of this article as if the same had been set out in full in this article, all as authorized and prescribed by the statutes of the state. Three copies of the rules and regulations shall be marked or stamped “Official Copy as Incorporated by the Code of the City of Kingman, 1960", and filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours.
