All such liquids for the purpose of this article, and the fire prevention ordinances of the city, shall be classified into three classes as follows.
(a) Class I. Liquids having a flash point below 25°F closed cup tester and including acetone, ether, gasoline, naphtha and benzine.
(b) Class II. Liquids having a flash point above that for Class I and below 70°F closed cup tester and including alcohol, amyl acetate and toluol.
(c) Class III. Liquids having a flash point above that for Class II and below 100°F closed cup tester and including kerosene, Stoddard solvent, fuel oil and turpentine.
