§ 7-501 DEFINED.

For the purpose of this article, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

FLAMMABLE LIQUID. Includes all liquids, other than liquefied petroleum gases, that have flash points below 200°F, as determined by a closed cup tester.
