§ 7-101 CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.
   There is established a Volunteer Fire Department in the city to consist of a Chief, an Assistant Chief, Secretary, Treasurer and enough firefighters as deemed adequate for the needed response, all of whom shall be appointed by the City Manager. The Chief of the Fire Department shall be under the supervision of the City Manager. There shall be a total of three companies.
