§ 4-814 CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE; COMPLIANCE.

In the construction, operation and maintenance of all swimming pools, both family and public, the laws of the state and the rules, regulations and requirements of the State Board of Health and the Board of Health of the city shall be observed.
