All plans and drawings shall be drawn to scale on paper or cloth, in ink or by sole process that will not fade or obliterate. All distances and dimensions shall be accurately figured and draftings made explicit and complete showing lot lines and including information pertaining to the pool, walk and fence construction, water supply system, drainage, and water disposal systems, and all appurtenances pertaining to the public or family swimming pool. Detailed plans and vertical elevations shall also be provided.
