§ 4-707 EXTENSION AND HEIGHT RESTRICTION; RIGID STRUCTURES.
   No rigid awning, canopy, marquee or balcony along a street or avenue, nor any part thereof, shall be at a lesser height above the sidewalk level than eight feet nor extend outward from the property line a greater distance than ten feet, nor in any event to a point beyond one foot back from the back of the curb.
