§ 4-704 RETRACTABLE AWNINGS PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREET.
   For purpose of uniformity and beautification within the immediate business area of the city, retractable awnings are prohibited along the Main Street of the city from Sherman Street to Avenue “D”.
