For the purpose of this article, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SIGNS AND ADVERTISING STRUCTURES AND DEVICES. Any poster, bill, printing, painting or other device intended as advertising, whether commercial or otherwise, as well as the structure or device upon which the same is supported, placed or displayed.
