The fee for an electrical permit shall be as set by the governing body, however, no fee shall be required to obtain a permit where the total estimated cost, the reasonable value of all services, labor and materials required, as approved by the governing body and listed in the latest City of Kingman Schedule of Fees. The fee herein shall be paid to the City Clerk upon obtaining an electrical permit and the same shall be credited to the General Operating Fund of the city.
