§ 3-804 DEFINING A SPECIAL EVENT.

For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

SPECIAL EVENT. Shall be defined for the purposes of acquiring a special event CMB permit to be a one-time event or function of any type within the city that is open to the public and the sale or consumption of CMB will occur at said event.
