§ 3-802 SAME; PERMIT FEE.
   There is hereby levied a special event permit fee in the amount as approved by the governing body and listed in the latest City of Kingman Schedule of Fees on each group or individual, and such fee shall be paid before the event begins. Such fee shall be in addition to the $25 fee to be remitted to the Division of Alcohol Beverage Control.
