Appeals to the board of adjustment may be taken by any person aggrieved or by any officer of the city affected by any administrative decision based on the zoning ordinance. Such appeal shall be taken within thirty (30) days of such decision by filing with the city clerk and the board of adjustment a notice of appeal specifying the grounds thereof. The city clerk shall forthwith transmit to the board all the papers constituting the record of the action from which the appeal is taken. (Ord. 939, 11-14-2011)
