2-2-4: POWER TO EMPLOY STAFF:
The planning and zoning commission shall have the power to recommend to employ planners, engineers, attorneys, clerks, and other help deemed necessary within the limits of the appropriation fixed by the city commissioner. (Ord. 939, 11-14-2011)
