2-2-2: QUORUM; VOTING:
Four (4) members of the planning and zoning commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. No action shall be taken which is binding upon said planning and zoning commission unless concurred in by not less than a majority of the authorized membership of the planning and zoning commission.
