A. The term of membership on boards and committees created in this title shall be three (3) years beginning on July 1 and shall be staggered as to make it so approximately one-third (1/3) of the members' terms expire each year. Members can be reappointed for as many terms as is deemed appropriate.
B. If a new board or committee is created under this title, initial terms shall be staggered so that approximately one- third (1/3) of the board members' terms will expire in one year, one-third (1/3) of the board members' terms will expire in two (2) years and one-third (1/3) of the board members' terms will expire in three (3) years.
