2-1-3: EX OFFICIO BOARD MEMBERS:
If a board or committee desires to have members thereof which are not citizens of the city, those members must sit in an ex officio capacity. No more than twenty five percent (25%) of any board shall consist of ex officio members. (2013 Code)
