1-13-2: MEMBERSHIP:
   A.   The Senior Citizens Center shall be open to all persons regardless of race, creed, color, sex, or national origin who are at least fifty five (55) years of age.
   B.   Persons who are at least fifty five (55) years of age and are actual residents within the county shall be the only persons allowed to vote. (2013 Code)
