A. The city is the owner of certain real property upon which is operated the Kingfisher Senior Citizens Center. The center may not be used for commercial purposes, except those commercial purposes which are deemed by the Kingfisher Senior Citizens Center officers or the board of commissioners to aid in the enhancement of the health, fitness and education of the community. B. The city commission is the governing body in all matters of the center, and has resolved that the Senior Citizens Center shall be operated by the senior citizens of the city. (2013 Code)
