In addition to license revocation or suspension, a violation of any of the provisions contained in this chapter shall also be deemed an offense and punishable by a fine in an amount set by the board of commissioners as provided in the fines and fees schedule pursuant to Appendix A, Division III of this code. With respect to violations of this chapter that are continuous with respect to time, each day the violation continues constitutes a separate offense. (Ord. 2019-012, 9-9-2019)
