Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this title, shall be guilty of an offense, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed the limits established in appendix A, division III of this Code. Each day such violation is committed or continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense and be punishable as such. In addition, violation of any of the provisions hereof declared to be a public nuisance shall be a basis for injunction at the suit of the City of Kingfisher, or at the suit of any person, firm or corporation adversely affected thereby.
