14-1-2: PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY:
Whereas the imprudent operation of an oil and gas facility can constitute a menace to the public health, safety and welfare of the City of Kingfisher, it is the intent and purpose of this title, that oil and gas operations be reasonably regulated for the public good.
