13-5-6: SEVERABILITY:

If any section, clause, sentence, or phrase of this title are held to be invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, then said holding shall in no way affect the validity of the remaining portions of this title. (Ord. 2019-009, 6-5-2019, eff. 6-7-2019)
