13-4-1: DESIGNATION OF THE FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR:
The Municipal building official is hereby appointed the Floodplain Administrator to administer and implement the provisions of this title and other appropriate sections of 44 CFR (Emergency Management and Assistance - National Flood Insurance Program Regulations) pertaining to floodplain management. (Ord. 2019-009, 6-5-2019, eff. 6-7-2019)
